As a consultancy Luz azul’s focus is first on determining to what extent cultural differences matter in your specific context. The cultural factor is occasionally overestimated, but more often it is underestimated. A clear assessment of your company’s strengths in cultural diversity, the pitfalls it faces and advice on how to overcome them can be of great use. The results of the consultancy can optionally be complemented with training or coaching.
